Erin Conrad is a founding member and managing partner of TelcoSolutions. He earned his BBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School with concentrations in marketing and communications. Erin started his telecom career with MCI Worldcom and then moved to Mpower Communications (a local and long distance phone and internet provider). After 4.5 years of success as a Senior Account Manager and a Sales Manager at Mpower/FDN, he co-founded TelcoSolutions in 2004.
At TelcoSolutions, Erin runs the day-to-day operations of the company including client acquisition and retention, as well as developing and supporting the Agent-Partner Program. Under his leadership, TelcoSolutions has grown into a multi-million dollar company with clients around the world.
In his free-time Erin enjoys spending time with his wife and two children on the baseball field, boating at the lake, and cheering for Alabama football.
Travis Taylor is an entrepreneur and founding partner of TelcoSolutions. He earned his MBA from Mercer University’s Stetson School of Business & Economics. Travis began his professional telecom career at Mpower/FDN Communications in 2002 and was the top Account Executive in the Atlanta market before leaving to co-found TelcoSolutions in 2004.
Travis successfully launched the national marketing presence and is responsible for large account acquisition that has been the catalyst in TelcoSolutions continued growth and becoming one of the nation’s largest telecom agencies.
Outside of TelcoSolutions Travis is and outdoorsman that is heavily involved in real estate and land conservation, he has worked with wildlife conservation groups to place over 1,000 acres of land in permanent in conservation in the southeast for the future of wildlife and other generations to enjoy.
Charles took his first telecom related position with BellSouth in 1993 selling Nortel phone equipment. Later he also worked as an Account Executive at Bellsouth selling carrier services in the Atlanta area and was eventually promoted to lead a major account management team.
In 1997 Charles was hired by CLEC start-up Allegiance Telecom as the senior Sales Manager in the Atlanta office. From 1997 to 2000 Charles led one of the most successful sales teams in the U.S. for Allegiance and won numerous honors. In 2000 Charles accepted a position with Mpower/FDN Communications and built a successful sales organization. In 2003 he joined Deltacom (later Earthlink) as a Regional Sales Manager to open a new office in Atlanta and ultimately left the corporate carrier business 2008 to join Mainstream Communications, a private regional consulting firm as a managing partner. In 2010 he joined TelcoSolutions.
Charles went to high school in Atlanta and went to college at The Ohio State University where he studied Economics, History English. He also enjoys playing golf, rooting on the Buckeyes, is an avid runner, and likes reading history books.
I am a proven sales professional at TelcoSolutions with over 14+ years of brokering experience in the telecommunications industry. I have proven experience in sales, business management, and customer relations. My strengths are professionalism, creativity, and outside the box thinking. This allows me to assess both customer needs, future growth and expansion to provide a cost-effective solution for any business small or large.
On a daily basis I exercise my expertise in consulting with businesses about the different telecom carriers in the industry. Additionally, I offer the industries best price points for any Telecom service and oversee a large book of business with small, medium and several fortune 500 companies. My customers benefit from my ability to negotiate contracts, research and find the top carriers for the customer location with no out of pocket expenses to the business.
